Boil until done.

Drain the potatoes leaving 3-4 tbsp water. Put them in a bowl. Mash the ingredients until smooth.

Let it cook until it thickens on lower heath. If necessary you can add a little cornstarch. Add black pepper, or top with a little bit of dried parsley and enjoy!
