Instructions

Stir occasionally, until lentils are tender and have absorbed most of the liquid.

1/4 Cup Nut Walnut

Instructions

Add nuts to the smoky lentil mixture. Slice sweet potatoes down the center, lengthwise. Mash with fork. Fill evenly with lentil mixture. Garnish with fresh cilantro, yogurt, and avocado, if desired.
